Prepare preliminary lighting concepts and sketches showing different types of lighting effects and their relation to structural and architectural elements. 

Following analysis and feedback, a manual of lighting concepts is prepared and issued.

Feasibility studies of concepts, budget and services co-ordination are conducted.

3D models (3D max format and library) made for renderings should be provided by the client as basic tools to make night views that are a critical part of the project.
